Windows 10 still doesnt work

I did everything as I can but it doesnt work and nobody help us, its working in safe mod but its not working in normal, also disable my firewall, antivirus, some softwares but still its same when I tried to run it I see a screen of it after close itself, tried run as admin, regedits, other things but same there is no way ? my version is 1.27
