Why do i lag when recording Minecraft?

Hey Mirillis, Today i got Action and upgraded to the newest version which is 1.27 but then when i record in Fullscreen of Minecraft it drops down to 30fps and when i record in region desktop mode all my videos come out like this http://prntscr.com/8nstlj even though i put it to the exact size of the window resolution. Is this a bug because this has been happening to me since 1.26.
