Action! Being very very slow...

Greetings,
I am very familiar with Mirills action and just bought it on Steam, It seams to be very slow on my computer, I put in settings that would "fit" my computer, but whenever I record, my FPS drops down from 60-30... All I want to do is record for my youtube channel D:
