Action! crash when streaming to youtube

Memory: 16 GB
CPU: AMD 8350 @ 4.5GHZ
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Game: Star Wars Battlefront
Video Type: MP4 AMD APP Original resolution
Action Version: 1.27.0.0


Problem description:

I am using Action! to stream to YouTube. It runs for a minute or two and YouTube begins the stream then, all of a sudden, the action recording overlay disappears and I alt tab and Action! is closed/crashed and no longer recording.

I am able to record without streaming no problem, the issue only occurs when I initiate the stream.

Is there a way to provide a crash log?
