I cannot export my videos.

Dear Action!,

I downloaded your software a while ago and everything was working fine until when I recrorded a video and right clicked on it to export it the, "Export selected file" button was not lit up. As you probably know already, the unexported file is basically nothing at all until it is exported so I was then left with nothing for a while. I uninstalled the software in the hour because I was so upset with the software about a moth or two later(now) I decided to get it again and have another go but it still doesn't export. Please reply to me ASAP as I have a YouTube channel and I do gaming videos.
