Stream. Saved video shorter than the live stream

Video Card: ATI 15.12
Memory: 16 GB
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Game Problem: assetto corsa
Video Type: avi
Libe streaming. 1920x1080. 60fps. 9mb/s
The live stream was perfect. No errors and was complete. But when i was looking the saved video on youtube is cutted with any reason. Check this one from yesterday: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VRnprcyxAmg
Total length of the stream was more than 2 hours. Saved is only 48 minites
The icon was all time in red and live mode. No alt-tab or other command to change the main window. I was all the time in the game.
