Can't sign into Action! from the program?

When I go to the tab in the program to log in, it's blacked out and I can't do anything with it, along with some hotkeys. When I go to the hotkeys tab it won't let me change the record video/record audio/benchmarking/capture screenshots hotkeys, but it lets me change all the other ones. Is there a solution to this?
