Mirillis Action ver.1.19.2 Windows 10

Hello, after upgrading to Windows 10, I've been forced to upgrade to new versions of Mirllis Action, and now does not work correctly, have synchronization problems in AVI, the MP4 recording I have lag, and multi-channel sound is not working properly .

I've been in touch with the technical service Mirillis but still the problem persists.

The version I have ever used is 1.19.2, which has not given me any problems, but it seems that this version is not compatible with Windows 10, Is there any way to use this version with Windows 10 ?.

Currently I have had to leave Mirilis Action and use Dxtory, but I paid for Mirillis action and hope a solution.
