Release 1.30.1.0 sound recording issue

When Live streaming, 1080p, 60fps Nvidia NVENC, MP4, I lose a specific ingame sound. It records just fine when I don't stream...but when I do stream it doesn't record that ONE sound.
Thoughts? Suggestions?
