Doom Closed Beta can't record

I have small problem although not sure what to do about it:

As you can see it holds on one frame and keeps blinking without recording anything I do on screen but while I play everything alright.
Also while I play HUD doesn't show up to me while in other games it does I already read some threads about it and apparently same thing happened with Wolfenstein New Order game so I guess this last one is known issue.
Any ideas?
