I asked the support some time ago, but it seems that they cannot help me on my somewhat rare system. Maybe some user can. The problem is that the mouse records always, even though mouse recording is turned off. I do not use live streaming and checked all other possible settings related to mouse recording. I use hardware encoding if that matters. The mouse is visible in full screen recording or in area recording.

The system is a Dell Precision 2800M with an AMD FirePro card. The card is used to produce the graphics, while an Intel HD card draws the result to the screen. This is not the only system with this combination, but it prevents the mouse to be hidden from recording.

Any ideas?

Solved. If you have mouse trails disabled it will hide the mouse.
