Action! doesn't work in Witcher 3 on WIN10 at all!

OS: Windows 10 64bit
Video Card: nVidia GTX 970 (MSI)
Drivers: newest
Memory: 16 GB
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Video Editor: Adobe Premiere Pro
Game Problem: Witcher 3
Video Type: AVI
Hi guys,
i am having so much trouble with Action! after i switched to Windows 10 that its crazy
Almost with every game there is some kind of problem. Mostly it was HUD being not visible (last update fixed that for Doom). But now Witcher 3 new expanison is coming shortly so i installed Witcher 3 (gog version) to prepare for it, but not only the HUD is not visible, the Action doesnt work at all!!
I cannot take screenshots, i cannot record video, nothing! When i try to capture video, each time i press the button for start and stop recording, it just creates 1 second files that cannot even be played instead of recording video.
I tried fullscreen, i tried borderless window, i tried windowed mode, nothing helps.
Please can someone help me fix that? Thank you so much for response and help.
