Action videos have random cuts in them and are slow mo?

I dont know my specs but I know they are pretty good and I never had any problems with other screen recorder outputs. When I got action! the video outputs (I record in 60fps) are super slow and the sound is normal speed. And sometimes the video just has random cuts! HALP
