Hoping someone can help. I was having problems with my microphone doing this stuttering thing and my videos splitting up and speeding up even when I set the program on realtime. Because of this problem I reinstalled the program and activated it but once I opened it there was a thing that came up saying "illegal program. If you want to install a legal version of this program click yes otherwise no." When I clicked yes it said 404 error. Hope someone can help me. Thanks.

Critical Error 104 occurs if user has blocked our website, its hosts or ip address in firewall or in hosts file. It's usually caused by third party 'activators' for Action. To remove this kind of activity we recommend to reset your firewall settings and hosts file back to default.
