Network quality poor - please update or fix this

Mirillis - you have a good product here.. ffs please fix your network issues. If its due to funds.. please think about option to have members pay a monthly or yearly fee. Your product is by far the cheapest in the market that provides the fastest remote connection ever.. and apparently alot of people are using your product which is causing a bottleneck at peak hours "Which is making your great product" utter junk.
