Windows 10 update woes

I've just upgraded my version from trial to full.

I'm having trouble updating it. I've got version 1.3.3.0 but I can't update it.

I've tried
Selecting check for update in preferences - Never says there is a new version when i reboot or start it
Uninstall and reinstall 1.31.3 from the website - Still says 1.3.3.0
Uninstall, delete registry and local files and reinstall - Still says 1.3.3.0

I'm using windows 10 home and can't seem to find anyone else having this problem.
