Hacknet (game) not working properly

Hey guys and girls,
i have this game called Hacknet, but for some reason when "Action!" is started/running, the game looks very blurry, nothing can be read from it like here:
"Action!" active
but when i disable "Action!"
the game shows the menu like it suppose to be, like here:
"Action!"Disabled
is there a way to fix it?
