Crash and video unreadable

Hello,
I'm french, so sorry for my english
We haves a problem with a recording made with Action !.
At the end of recording, when we wanted to stop recording, software freeze for 15 minutes and crash.
The resulting file is 500 Mb but we can not read !!
Is it possible to solve this problème ?
