Need help with capturing screenshots

Hello,

I recently wanted to capture in game screenshots for CSGO. Steam overlay screenshot service isn't working, neither is nvidia shadowplay so I'm trying action and it isn't working either.

To start with the setting isn't letting me enable it:

As you can see f5 isn't enabled, no idea how to enable it and when I take a screenshot currently with f5 there's a green flash and then in the folder there isn't any screenshots??

Any help would be much appreciated.

This setting is enabled. Users are not allowed to uncheck this option.
