Display Issue

Hi, I recently recorded some gameplay of a game with Action!, and it worked great. Just a few minutes ago, I tried to switch to desktop recording mode, and both my screens started going black, then reappearing again. After about 10 seconds of this, my secondary monitor lost signal and everything on my main monitor is really big. NVidia Control Panel won't open either, which is strange. I checked my display settings, and my resolution is still at its default one (1920x1080). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
