Recording ~60+ minutes ALWAYS CORRUPT MP4

Hi,
if i record for too long when i stop recording and Action! finishes processing, i always get a corrupt MP4.
Using AMD APP, MP4.
How can i fix corrupt file.
If i record in 30 minute sections, it works fine.
