Action! FPS Issue

Recently I have been using Action!, but one day I change the settings to try and get better FPS but I get the opposite, I start getting 20 FPS whenever I record Minecraft. I don't know what the issue is but I have been having it with a few softwares I have tried and I was wondering if Action! had a solution. It is really annoying since I have just gotten Sony Vegas Pro 13 and was hoping to edit some Action! videos but then this issue comes up. I have tried to uninstall some programs to see if that solves the issue but it hasn't. Please Help, Thank you
