Video playback freezes when video switched to full screen

Hi,
I used the trial version of Action! for a month. It recorded my streaming workout videos perfectly. Now that I've purchased the full Action! version, the recording freezes as soon as I make the streaming video full screen. (It doesn't freeze if the video is left on partial screen.)
It's strange this wasn't an issue with the free version.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
