Mirillis problems with Stream audio splitter

Well, i always record with .AVI, never has problems but since yesterday i was recording as always, all normal.
When i finish, i try to separate the track with right click Extract audio stream and, bam, stopped working..
It happens with all the videos even if i try with last month videos... so... what can i do with the videos to separate my audio ?
