Action! startup issue

I love this software, but am unable to use it. When I upgraded to Windows 10 back in febuary, it stopped working. I did a fresh install of Windows and still nothing.I still crash. Here is what the error says exactly.
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application
Any help would be much appreciated. I have already googled solutions for about 6 months now, and still no results.
