I have had Action for around a month now and it has been working fine. I recommended it to a friend and got him to install the 30-day free trial before he buys the full thing. After he installed action he opens it up and gets a pop-up saying trail expired and asks him to buy. He has re-installed twice already and needs help.

Has he ever used Action?

No, he didnt have it. Sorry for late reply! He got the problem fixed and now has the full paid one.
