Black Screen At End Of Recording

If I record a video and drag it into sony vegas, the ending of my clips are always black screened.
which means I will record a full fight or 1v1 with someone, but no death is shown because the ending is black screened.
I am using Action Version 1.31.5
OS: Windows 10
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 ti
Memory: 8 GB
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 (Recording my clips in 1280x720)
Video Editor: Vegas 13
Game Problem: Minecraft(But I'm sure it happens with any other game like csgo)
Video Type: MP4 NVIDIA NVENC
all my drivers for my video card are up to date.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling my Action.
I even deleted my files from "regedit"
which means I will record a full fight or 1v1 with someone, but no death is shown because the ending is black screened.
