4K Recordings Using AMD APP is horrible!!

Hi all,
Get the new version and...WOW horrible 4K AMD APP support.
Its produce a very lowest quality image if used AMD APP in any situation (Game record, Desktop record, App record) all ruined image quality.
The bitrate is loest. Guys its a 4K record, give 50MB bitrate as minimum for 100% MP4 quality slide.
Tested on 1.31.5 and 2.0
