Action recording in slow motion, and I do not know how to se

When I record with action it becomes automatic in slow motion. I do not know why or how it happened, and I can not find the setting for the function.

I have tried to look up information online, such as YouTube videos and forums. But I find nothing more than that you should contact Mirrillis.

It would please me immensely if someone took his time and answered in this post on how I fix back so it's not slow motion.
