Black bars after recording

Whenever I record something after viewing the footage I get black bars on the side of my videos.

My PC specs.

-GeForce GTX 750 Ti
-i5-4690 CPU @ 3.50GHz
-Screen 1680 x 1050 60Hz

It's because of your current screen resolution. A 16:10 aspect ratio resolution will always end with having black bars if recorded video size is set to 16:9 format (1080p, 720p etc.).
