Live Streaming Stops and Just Starts Recording

Once this new update hit Mirllis Action every time I go to Live Stream it stops about 5 Minutes in and just starts recording instead of Live Streaming. I made it to about 20 Minute's last night worth of live streaming then it automatically stopped the Live Stream and started recording as if I pressed F9 when I did not. I have not had any problem's live streaming til now.

8GB Installed RAM
64-bit OS
1TB Hard Drive
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 graphics
