Mirillis Action! not saving settings

OS: Windows 10
Video Card: Nvidia GTX 980 ti
Memory: 32 GB
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Video Editor: Vegas Pro 13
Game Problem: All
Video Type: MP4
Action doesn't seem to be saving settings that I set. I'll set what I want and it'll be okay until I restart my PC. When I restart, it's back to what it was before.
Any help would be useful.
