I don't get why certain functions have locked hotkeys and why some functions can't be disabled. It makes no sense to me!

In the newest version I can't assign CTRL+F9 for recording, because you've hardcoded it to something else.

The game I play have functions attached to F9 so I need another way to start recording.

It should always be the users choice what keys are used, in order to customise Action for the users environment and personal choice!!

It doesn't answer your question but a tip is to use the numpad as few games use those.

I have Start/Stop on Numpad - and pause on Numpad +

Update:
In upcoming Action 2.0.7 users will be able to assign their own hotkey to live streaming which means Ctrl + Key combination will be available again for any functionality.

it seems that i can't assign CTRL+F9 for start/stop streaming now ...
in case i wanted to revert to default on my own.

Check if it's not assigned to a different hotkey

I actually tried reverting just after i changed it to something else..

it seems that i could only assign one key to it and not the combo..

ill try again later when im home - but im quite sure it didn't work !
