Random Lag

Hi there,

So I've been using Action! for nearly three years at this point, and it's been great! Ever since I built my computer a year and a half ago, I haven't had any problems with Action lagging while recording Minecraft.

Although recently, whenever I record the game feels choppy. I don't why, especially because i am still getting 150fps+ in game.

At first I tried turning "multi-core recording" off, and although it did make the game feel smoother, the actual video file was messed up. (Randomly it would speed up and slow down)

So I'm wondering if I might have accidentally turned something on that would have caused this.

Any help is appreciated!
Thanks!

PC Specs/Info: (This might help)

CPU - Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
GPU - Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 4GB Dual-X Video Card
Action! Version - I was using 1.29.0, the issue started, than I upgraded to 2.0.5.0, and it remains
OS - Windows 8.1

What settings do you use to record your videos?

AVI, High Quality, Multicore recording on, 0-255 input range, 1080p, 60fps

These are the settings I've used for over a year.

Although, I found a fix for this problem, which I talked about in a separate post:

"I have since found a solution to this, which is to turn the priority of Action! to normal in task manager."

Has Action! always been set on high priority, or was that changed?

Thanks!

As far as I know the priority has been changed to increase the recording performance.
