PC Specification: CPU:Amd FX:8350 GPU:Nvidia GTX1060 Win10

When launching Action only HUD opens

OS: Windows 10
Video Card: NVIDIA GTX 1060
Memory: 16 GB
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

It will show it is open in the task manager, but it isnt open in the quick menu, task bar or anywhere else. Only the HUD is open

Please try pressing "0" (zero) to reset window position and see if Action will appear.
