Mouse Delaying when Recording

When I record gameplay from any sort of game since the Action recorder update. My mouse will occasionally (during recording) just stop working. Then it will play catch up and all movements I did while it was off will go at once which causes a huge freakout during recording. Not sure why this happens... Any ideas on how to fix such an issue?
I am using the Razer Deathadder Chroma Mouse.
Action! Version: 2.0.5.0
Rig:
AMD Processor
NVIDIA GTX 970
16GB RAM

Does your issue occurs with a particular game or in general?

It happens most often in a game known as "No Mans Sky".

I am not too sure, apparently ShadowPlay cannot record No Mans Sky either and people have the same issue.
