Action lag / cap

Video Card: NVidia Geforce GTX 770
Memory: 8GB
Monitor Resolution: 1280x720
Video Editor: Vegas 13
Game Problem:
Video Type: AVI or MP4 , its both.

Action Version: Using 1.31.3.0 (its the same problem for ALL versions.)
Recording Resolution: Same for all but 720p
Recording Mode: Game


Problem -
Whenever I go to record my game (Minecraft) it causes me to drop frames drasticly and , I wouldnt say caps but it stays in the region of 105-125 IN GAME, the recording will be anywhere from 108fps to 120 but the game is unplayable considering I have a 144hz monitor and whenever I have seen anyone else record with action its not supposed to cap the game, its not as if I cant run the game or anything.
If anyone could help me with this it would be greatly appriciated, thanks.
