Action.exe - Application Error
The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000409) occured in the application at location 0x00470464
Click on OK to terminate the program

and then i can't open it again

Thanks. It seems that your video drivers are from March this year. Could you please check if updating your drivers makes any difference?

when I open it . It will only appear in background processes in task manager

Do you use any anti-virus? Does Action run properly in Safe Mode?

I use Avast and It doesn't work even in safe mode

Have you tried the clean re-installation? Here is short guide:
1. Uninstall Action!
2. Press Start and then type "Regedit" in search and press Enter.
3. Go to the following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Mirillis/
4. Remove Action! catalog.
5. Reboot your PC.
6. Install Action! again. Make sure that your installer file comes from official website - www.mirillis.com (if you have not purchased Action! through Steam).
You can activate Action! with the same serial number as before.

These steps should restore your Action! settings to default.
