So action was fine for me within the first few months I purchased it... but then it started doing this all of a sudden, does it for 1080p 60fps, 120fps,30 fps, 720p 60fps, 120 fps, 30 fps... please someone help!!

Looks like display issue. Do you have latest video drivers installed?
