Accessing Youtube

Hello, I'm having trouble exporting videos to Youtube. My Youtube tab is not highlighted for access. How do I get this to be highlighted for access?

What file are you trying to export?

I updated Action to 2.0 and can now access the YouTube button but when I try to export a video it does not export to YouTube. Do I need a separate program that can read mp4?

I am exporting an avi file that I recorded with Action.

Do you experience any error message?

It says unable to open file...I click OK and it says export complete. But it never prompts anything for YouTube to log in to upload.
