Severe Drop in FPS

Hello, I recently got Action. I was trying to record some League of Legends gameplay, but the fps significantly dropped. I have used OBS in the past, but the fps drop was not nearly as high. I went from 80 fps to 35 fps. I am wondering if I need to do something with the setting.
