Video is played slower

Hey guys,
i wanted to record some videos with Action! an all went good till I watched the videos. Every video is played slower and twice as long as I recorded. (for example: I recorded 10s, but then the video is 20s long and in slow motion)
What do I have to change? Please help and thank you for all answers.
