Hello, I will contact you to ask if there would be the possibility to recover my license key buy in the vicinity of July-August 2016 unfortunately I try to contact by email but no answer was given to me. So I would like to know how.

Hello,
To retrieve your serial number please provide us your e-mail address used for purchase. Usually it's the same e-mail address that is associated with your payment method (PayPal for example).

In order to recover your lost key, you should use "KeyGetter"
