Action error

Hi, I want to ask for help. Indeed, when I turn on my Action and pops a window where the error is unwritten: Failed to initialize product. Please try reinstalling. I do not know what to do, I re-install a dozen times and all the time it's the same, only works if you turn off the internet, but it is there and Action logo as filming on youtube so it spoils the enjoyment of the video.
