Problem with Streaming to youtube

I bought your product 2 licenses ,they are work perfectly fine for recording game or capturing screen
only problem here, i can't stream my game to youtube..
"can't" in my definition is ..
It's make my game incredible laggy while stream my game.( not suit for playing any games except othello xD)
any ideas to fix this ?
