Action! Severely crashes video driver on startup

Hi,
Recently, I have updated my AMD Radeon HD 8400/R3 video drivers (version 21.19.407.0) and when I try to launch Action, Screen flashes, then reverts to the basic adapter. In some cases, my PC rebooted in safe mode. I could revert back to the previous video driver version and Action would launch fine, but the new Catalyst Suite would tell me that I don't have an AMD card. Is this Actions fault or AMD? I don't know who to contact yet.
