Hi,

I'm having issues recording my microphone while capturing desktop video. There's no mic sound whatsoever.

I've check to make sure mic settings match my listed mic name, always record mic is set to on, and everything else looks good. No matter what settings I try, it doesn't seem to what to record sound.

I can, however, record audio using the same mic if I select to simply record an Audio track without video.

Can someone please help? It's a shame that I bought this software a few years ago, but I always revert back to OBS, which is FREE!

go to microphone settings tab and check if you have "Record microphone into separate audio track" option selected.
