Mirillis Support Failure

Hi,
I had the following topics related with the Action! 2.X
About Youtube and Twitch Streaming:

About FSX:SE (Microsoft Flight Simulator X Steam Edition):

And those topics returned with no luck which may happen sometime.
Developers or Mirillis Management takes action to these unsolved problems and published below remark:
After few days, i sent an email about the problems i have with the following details:
FROM: sinansarp[at]ekmekcioglu.info
TO: support[at]mirillis.com
CC: ssekmekcioglu[at]gmail.com
DATE: Thur 02.02.2017 04:40
SUBJECT: Action!
And again i still have no response from Mirillis.
Now, I really do not expect any solution -which i should- but at least a kind concern as a customer.
This is what i could/should do i guess.
