Action! Live stream settings help

Hi
I was streaming on FB couple of hours ago, it was only 480p.
Game resolution was 1920x1080 as for settings in Action! I just set them to 60 fps, video size 720p, Bitrate 4004Mbps.
Not sure how am i able to get it clearer and to 720p on Facebook. Anyone? TIV!
