Action does not launch after updating NVIDIA driver

I just updated my NVIDIA graphics driver to 378.66 (Released 2/13/17) and now Action! won't open. The introduction screen with the car will appear but then it disappears and Action! doesn't load.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, uninstalling clearing the registry and reinstalling, and restarting my computer multiple times but nothing fixes it.
Anyone know why this happens?
